Oh my gosh... after the longest journey of my LIFE, we FINALLY made it to Dublin. Want to hear the whole godforsaken story? Okay, well this is what went down...
1) Our flight to Dublin was delayed by 15 minutes.
2) Our flight to Dublin was delayed half an hour.
3) Our flight to Dublin was delayed an hour.
4) Board. Arrive in Chicago. Run to terminal.
5) Miss flight. Cry. Talk to flight attendant.
6) Get rescheduled on a flight to London, which happens to be leaving right now.
7) Run to terminal on the other side of the airport. Board.
8) Arrive late to London because of taxi issues (as in runway taxi issues.)
9) Freak out.
10) Run to terminal on the other side of the airport to catch our flight to Dublin.
11) Arrive in Dublin.
12) Rejoice.
In between all of that is starving shenanigans, needing to use the 'lavatory' shenanigans, and just general stress from traveling.
Therefore, when we did arrive in Dublin and stole our bags from the airlines, we promptly took a bus to city center and are now relaxing in a hotel. Sam is currently in the shower, and I am updating you all on this lovely state of affairs while I wait for her to come out.
I'm tired!

I'm so glad you guys made it safe and sound! The pictures are great, the scenery beautiful. Have you met any interesting people yet? Let me know how finding a hostel went!!!

Everyone's been really nice to us. It's sometimes hard to understand the accents but they repeat themselves a few times and we're able to understand. And we did find a hostel; Melissa's college roommate stayed here last night so we booked a double room. It's super small but it's just for one night!
